Refunds are only available on orders prior to shipping. If a product has already shipped, please mark "Return to Sender" on unopened box and send back within 30 days of purchase date. Any opened boxes or opened/used product will not be issued a refund.
Items purchased as part of a promotion, special pricing, or discount are not eligible for refunds.
Any errors in shipping on the customer's part are not Supriya Dermatology's responsibility and are not eligible for refund. It is the customer's responsibility to verify all shipping information is accurate, and any errors must be resolved by the customer.
If a reaction occurs, patients must schedule an appointment with a provider at one of our two Supriya Dermatology offices before being issued a refund so that we may evaluate and determine if additional care is needed.
